It has been a while since my last post here, but it is a very busy time. We have finished a full CG movie for the launch of the new Toyota IQ. The movie was produced using Maya and Fusion as well as Nuke. We were 2 comp artists, so you can imagine how tough production time was. We developed a workflow using a basic Fusion script that was reused for every shot. These were then rendered out, like PreComposites, and brought back to Fusion to do the final Grading.

 The mood was a stylised city in a really purple color tone. The car had to be white, which was a challenge to make it look glossy from every camera perspective. The movie was shown at the automotive roadshow in Paris and can be seen on Toyota website here
